That's the same as where I work. But they send an email to me saying they want something.

The funniest of all is that in my company we are using another system of processing company's data named SAP.
Well this system offers e-mail too.So occasionally you have to send an e-mail to default one in order to remind that they have a SAP mail and of course after it you have to call them to open the mail-s... 😉
