Sounds like they need to look over that whole terminal real close. I'll bet it's systemic to the whole structure, real scary folks.
My guess is that it's just that part thats bad. There was a Construction flaw at that point or bad materials. The whole design should have been simulated on a computer before construction testing stresses... etc. But yea, still scary 🙄
