I purchased a Piper Seneca addon from justflight.com a few days ago, they didn't send me any serial nember to unlock the software. Nothing ever came to my email, and I have been trying to reach them by calling, if I call during their posted business hours, no one would ever pick up the phone, never!!! if I call during the off-hour time, only a message that says they are closed. I also sent them a bunch of emails, no response at all....
What can I do about them???
Sorry to hear that, but theres not much you can do I don't think. Do they not have any forums? If you keep calling and emailing then I don't know what else to suggest Sorry 😞
That is usual to hear, normaly JustFlight are very helpfull and have always satisfied me with all the products I have purchased from them.
This includes the Flying Club which I have to say is one of my favourite aircraft (See my repaint of it here: http://www.justflight.com/flyingclub/downloads_seneca.aspx )

If they are e-mailing the serial number to you, check your "junk e-mail" folder to see if it has been delivered there (which it proberly will if Justflight are not in your contact list)
