and noticed some strange banners at the top of the page. The first time it was about 'Native Remedies', the second time it was about 'Personal Counseling'.
Should they be there?

Funny... believe it or not, I expected something like this.
Seriously though, I've just checked back, those banners where inside the 'Google ads' box. Now there are links for 'Spyware Remover Download' and 'Free Security Toolbar'.
Google's ad's are automatically placed according to the reading that the "bot" they have gathers. This is a flight sim forum so most of the ad's will have to do with that.
But if you click on a forum like the screenshot forum the ads may read photo service.
Hardware may read video cards etc.
Very seldom are they "off" and quite often you can see the "bot" as a "guest" in "Who Is On Line" at the bottom of the forum...if you know their IP.

That clears it up Radarman. I just found the 'Native Remedies' a bit strange since we've had a lot of spam on the weekends offering all kinds of potions - or should that be 'poisons'?
