Back up history folder fs2004

I would like to reformat, but I don't want to lose my completed lessons.
Does anyone know where the folder with this information is kept so that I can just save and paste it back later?

Im not 100% sure but there is a lessons folder in the fs9 root folder and I would think it in there. Mine comes in at 9.85 mb so have a look to see what yours is,if its bigger then that is probably it

One way to check it would be to fly a lesson, then use windows explorer to view files sorted by date/time. Shouldn't be to hard to find what was updated as a result of your lesson.
