Need urgent help!!

Guys ive just bought the pss a320, and i lod up the flight plan load it onto the fmc, and i cant request ifr clearence! Can any body help me here?

Have you made your flightplan? What do you mean by you "can't request IFR clearence"? Does the option just not appear?

ok ill give you what ive done,
-start apu
-create flight plan on FMC
-start fsp
- open atc window
- tune tower
- try to request ifr clearence to egph, (the 2 key) but it doesnt work, it doesnt register the 2 key being pressed!

Have you enable the battery switch in order your radio works?I dont know if this craft has one but it has happened to me with other crafts.

I asked support and they said to download a new panel update, it works fine now except the autothrottle wont work.. off to read the manual... AGAIN =(
