FS MOVIE HELP

Hi
I have just downloaded FRAPPS for FS2004 and ive done my first recordings and they recorded fine but in Windows Movie Maker there so low quality there just a blur. Does anyone know a program you can download that lets you create movies from Window Media Files

When you finally save your movie and create the Video you will notice much improvement to graphics.
Just the video preview from Movie Maker give you this low quality.
