Added the Discovery Shuttle onto my game and the landing
gear wont go up and every time i take off it crashes, any help?

Correct me if I am wrong are not the rockets on the shuttels used only for reentry and they are gliders from ther on?
that may explain it, but how do i start already in the air?

You could use slew. Press the 'Y' key and then F4 to ascend. 😉
