problem w/ flyaway

i cant log in using my name and password. it recognizes my account but keeps my in an "offline" status and won't let me download any of the aircraft

As I call it, "User Offline Syndrome" is to do with cookies on your browser, and usually with IE (Internet Explorer) it means you have your privacy setting too high. Try setting it to Medium and logging in again. Let us know how you get on!
