hey everyone.. just lookin' for a good freeware 727

i found that the vistaliners and SGA/FFX 727s both look superb

..before i go and do lots of downloading for different paint schemes.. which model would you guys recommend?

(...and if you know of any other real good freeware 727s out there please let me know of those too :wink🙂

..thanks in advance 😎

PS - also, might as well kill 2 birds with one stone in this thread... i can't seem to find any decent freeware DC-8s out there. ..anybody know of any? ..preferably in a DHL or UPS cargo livery. thanks guys 😀

The 727 I use is an awesome freeware model found at avsim under the name 'trump_boeing_727-200.zip' or here: http://library.avsim.net/search.php?SearchTerm=trump_boeing_727-200.zip&CatID=root&Go=Search

The model is excellent and it comes with a custom painted Donald Trump livery and custom sounds (and I think a custom panel too)

I hope you like it 😉

yeah.. the Trump 727 is by vistaliners.

i was sort of leaning more towards vistaliners, but wanted a second opinion.

i'll go do some downloading now... thanks cheeky 👍 😎

yeh eric cantu's model/textures are the best by far, but vans aircraft have a 727 also in several versions (wings, engines) and with ground stuff such as pushback trucks and baggage cars.

anyone know a good 727 panel?

i was making a 'modernised' 727 panel from pspanels 737 300. it was an easy job, but i got bored of it.
