Multiplayer interface

Hello,

I have a question which is rather hard, is there any information about the multiplayer interface out there?
I would like to controll through an extra program a airplane or helicopter or something like that, so that I can play but be able to see a plane which is directed through a prog not another flight simulator.

I know that sounds hard but I really am in need of it.
