Is flight simulator X, flight simulator 2006?
FS2004 = FS9
FS2006 = FSX = FS10 (X = Latin 10) 😉
YUP.Just see,what i figure is that,see fs2004 is fs9 the roman numeral for 10 is X.so instead of calling it fs2006 the called it fsx for fs10,because ten is a higher numer than that of their concurrent,Xplane 8

Nooo, X or 10 means that it is the tenth edition of the flight sim.
I don't think they consider X-Plane a serious competitor.
