Is there any way that I can block access to certain sitse on internet? With like a password or something?

There are a number of products that are available, but usually they have so many features that you don't need or want, they might not be worthwhile. Let me rummage around the net and see what I can find.

there are some limited options in internet explorer > tools > Internet options > Security Tab

You can set restricted zones in there but I don't know if you can password protect it.

If you use a router most of them have the ability to block specific sites and that is of course passworded as it is the router admin page.
