Can anyone recommend any large jets, but they must be freeware?

Any of www.meljet.com 's aircraft.

Project Opensky's aircraft -> www.projectopensky.com

iFDG's aircraft -> IFDG (Now closed)

As for individual aircraft, I think the 747's from Project Opensky are good fun 😉

personally i think that the B767-400`s from posky are the best and the one on meljet are also good
