I assume you mean how do I load my flight plan into the GPS using the Flight Planner.

1. Choose Departure airport
2. Choose Destination airport
3. Choose route type-VFR or IFR. Use VFR
4. Choose routing- use GPS direct
5. Click Save then OK
6. Click OK (at bottom of page)
7. Ensure navigation switch in on GPS

Open the GPS window and your course will be the magenta line. Use heading to get yourself on to that line or on a heading that will intercept that line, then select NAV on autopilot control panel.

Man, if you fly all the way from JFK to LAX in a Piper Cub, I suggest that after you get there you stand up and stretch your legs, 'cause your butt's gonna be really sore! Wink
