Problem with FS & my Pc. Can anyone help?

When I try and start FS, I get the: Generating New Scenery Index, completing setup (or something like that). It gets to 8% done, then FS freezes up. I have attached two pictures of the error report if it helps:

My system specs are:
Pentium Celeron D Processor 3.07GHz
512MB Ram
100GB Hard Drive
ATI Radeon Express Intergraded graphics 200

Any ideas to what is causing this problem are welcome.

What was the last add-on that you did.

Do a system restore to the last time it did work, if you've stored documents or stuff between that time, burn it onto a cd so it won't be lost.

I have one question. Has it ever run correctly? Because for a start, your graphics intergration, looks doubtful.

Intergrated graphics are OK for the normal running programs, but for a highly detailed (graphic wise), and intensive program, such as FS9, not really capable of running very well. Definitely needing an add-on Graphics card, AGP or PCI, whatever your motherboard uses.

Last add-on was an AFCAD2 file for KAUS.

Tried a system restore, didn't fix problem.

Yes it has run correctly, and very smoothly with nice graphics.
