Great site greeky! I didn't look through all of them but I saw this one:

its a converter which will convert anything e.g feet to meters, gallons to liters, etc. etc... all you could imagine.

oh btw, and if you find any especially useful programs or programs you were very satisfied with, please post the link and give us some short info about what it is (like I did above). Thanks!

This is the best and simplest converter i have ever met.I run it for years.

But, i would also like to show a different software. It appears to me that everybody is using grabclipsave. I wanted to shsow a different screen capturing program:
Gadwin Printscreen
It's pretty awesome. You can save pictures as any file you want, have them automatically be resized or administer any key on your board to the capture.
You can adjust the quality, grayscale,shadows, everything.
Of course your own directory, and even notification messages, previews, inital delays and and and... just try it, I really like it
