Apparantly fumes from the aviation fuel escapes in to the air conditioning network on aircraft and is affecting the health of pilots. Many have had their licenses revoked due to chest conditions as a direct result of breathing trace fuel fumes on every flight. Its a situation that has been known for the last 10 years but there is still no action plan to tackle it and prevent more pilots from being forced out of the job.

Its not unusual for officials to disregard issues, no matter how much they may compromise the safety of passengers/Flight Crew. These days, its all in the money. Its really too bad

This is true. Rather bad of them, and to think the say "Your health and safety is our main priority!!"
