I heard that one before, it was a big hit at the time here.
I never used them but I've heard horror stories that would make that one look tame.
I would have been cursing at him after 3 "cancel the accounts" but as he said he knew he was taping it.

we ended up having to write a letter a few years ago after my dad had numerous calls full of curses. i hate AOL very badly - it took months to get our money back because they kept charging us after having cancelled it...gah!!! brings back memories...
