Probably not, but you'll know soon enough!!
Whens sooner enough..minutes, hours, days?
PLease people..what do you think..because I have a drama exam tommorow!! 😞
Did it taste or smell bad? If not, I'm sure you are fine.
I dont think it smelt or tasted bad at all - although i was drinking the Full Cream milk and not my usual Semi Skimmed it didnt seem bad to taste or drink no 😕
I'm sure you're fine. Like I said, you'll know if it was bad -
😎
Apart from the sour taste its not much different to eating cheese.
3 day old milk is fine if its been in a fridge 🙂
did it taste bad?
probably nothing will happen though
it didnt taste bad at all no

You'll be fine. Companies always make the use by date a few days before the actual date it needs to be used by to stop people suing them. If it was off, you'd be sick within 6 hours.
thanks for re-assuring me guys.. 🙂 🙂
At times like this I realise how friendly this community is 😉
Stop worrying. If you are still replying here, then nothing has happened. 😂
As long as the milk doesn't smell or taste bad, it should pose no problem. Milk can actually stay in an unopened contained considerably past the date stamp.

Umm, I don't think he would be posting then. 🙄
This is a case of a little knowledge is a bad thing. Most people know not to buy things after the date stamp. Most people do not know the likely consequnce of consuming something that past date.
One has to remember that date stamps on food didn't always exist. Before they did, people knew to rely on the sniff and taste test. These days, people who have been brought up with the date stamped food, have become so reliant on them, they don't know the consequences of consuming past date food.
Just another case of government regulations that intentionally make people ignorant. So I wouldn't be too hard on SteveT. He is part of a generation that was not brought up to be self-reliant and think for themselves.

Thank you for that Crash.. 🙂
I'm not sure how much I've helped. 😂 😂 😂 😂
We live in an age where others want to do our thinking for us. In an age where most people would be lost without a cell phone , Blackberry, IM or other device, because they would feel disconnected, it isn't surprising that people rely on certain things without knowing what is behind them.
I don't know about the UK, but in the US, the date stamp usually refers to the last day a product may be sold, not consumed. There are exceptions.
Companies put "use by" labels on their product to make sure you get the best taste/experience with their product. So once again 🙂 you should be good.
I did the same once and spent 3 months in the hospital... 😳

-Person's Dog:"I would suggest a life of crime but you aren't qualified"
silence...
hehe I was just kidding him about it 🙂
you'll be fine, trust me. (I know from experience. Oh I thought that cheese tasted funny) Tell you what, if you die, just post here and i'll give you $100. 😉
They get the expiration date for milk by asking the cow, sometimes the cow is wrong. 😛
So.......... 😳 what happened after all???
Nuthing.Mike's fine. 😀 😉
I drink milk that I have opened and allowed to sit in the fridge a little too long all the time. Trick with Milk it to ALWAYS smell it before you drink it, Sometimes it smell not too good, but I drink it anyway, it tastes a bit funky, but I aint never got sick. maybe if you leave it out at room temerature for a few days, then you will be eating really nasty cheese, and would deserve to get sick/

Watch out for Cravendale cows as they will deliberately give the wrong date.
