Anyone,

I'm looking to update my video card driver. An Nvidia GeForce4 MX 420. Looking for the Activation/Registration KEY number. Rolling Eyes

Anyone here know where I might look for the KEY# b/c I have looked darn near everywhere I know to look. BTW, I have no box with a hard copy # as the card came pre-loaded on my home CPU.

Anyone who might have and idea if you were in my shoes?

Thanks for any help.

-O.G.

Go to Nvidia and look for the correct drivers for the GeForce4 MX 420, you don't need any proof to do that.
Just use their simple setup to find it.
Download them to your desktop then clean out the old drivers.

The serial number should be on the card, be careful how you handle it that you don't short it out with static electricity from your hands.
Ground yourself first.

Thank you RadarMan. I was using the Driver Detective program before and I don't recommend it so much.

It's good to be back on at Flyaway. Been awhile. I've been a member more or less since summer 2004.

I am still a dedicated Aloha Airlines 737 jockey even though, as you know, they were forced out of biz a couple yrs. back. Crying or Very sad

I was a member of Virtual Aloha until I continually omitted my PAX requirements in my reports until they booted me. I thought that the illusionary metric was nonsense and assinine but, that's just me.

I included my weight and balance calcs., as well as my COG figures; Just not the butts in the seats per rev. mile.

Small potatos if I were asked...? - I guess I dropped the ball with them and so they fired me. Rolling Eyes

I understand why they chose to do it. -It's okay. Very Happy

Anyhow, my sister in law and brother have the mail boxes etc., (Now UPS,) store on Kauai and so I have always thought that Aloha was the coolest as I have made the flights to PHNL and visited x 5.

RM, Still don't have the FSX; Still an FS2004/9 turkey and still like it to much to get a new (refurb.) CPU, like an older Optiplex, and dedicate it to a new Sim. That said, I am still updating and adding to my current, virtual FS9 world!

Thanks for helping me with that and thanks again for assistance with Nvidia link!.

Rock on sir... Cool

Interesting that the Titan V beats the 1080ti! Very Happy Let's see what the latest RTX 2080 Ti brings to the table.
