FS9 and X Loaded

I donít remember seeing a recommendation for removing FS9 before installing X.
So my question Question is,
Has anyone heard, or knows if having both versions loaded on your PC at the same time causes a conflict or hampers performance?

Thanks

I have FSX and FS9 on the same drive on my machine. It does not appear to affect either product. I could imagine that performance could be affected IF (big if Laughing ) you are struggling for HD/swap space.

Affirmative. You can even have FS2002 plus CFS2 plus CFS3 installed all at the same time. No conflicts.

I have X installed on my C drive and 2004 installed on my external H hardrive. Both programs work very well. The only thing is 2004 will not bring up saved flights. I can go back to X or 2004 at anytime!!
