Did I get ripped off??

I just recieved my deluxe version of FSX. I have been running the standard. I bought this deluxe on E-bay and it was described as new. Seller had positive feedback on 125 transactions. I recieved it and it is not wrapped in plastic. The blueish green seal on one end of case has not been opened, however it is easy enough to open the other end without damaging the one seal. Do ya think it might be a pirated copy. Any way of knowing if it's genuine? I smell something fishy

Also some stores take the cds out of the case so that the case can be put on display.
This may be the case that the store opened it and the guy who you got it form from ebay has not used it.

My bet is he slipped the disks out, installed it, and put the disks back in the package. I'm not leaving the guy positive feedback, thats for sure. The guy lied so he gets a negative, plus he won't respond to my question why it was not wrapped in the plastic.
