error "1935" displayed when trying to install

Whenever i try to install my copy of fsmx the whole thing gets done and when it says "product registering" a thing pops up that says "error 1935 has occured" and some other stuff i dont understand

will it just not let you play the game? cuz i got that exact same error

it gets to the end and that displays and the whole thing roles back
