Any mission from city to city?

Is there any mission in which I can choose departure city and destination via several waypoints that occur on my radar (in upper left corner) and that my coopilot handles all radio communication?
It is similar mission to fly from Rome to Napoli (Italy) but when I choose Free Flight, I don't have coopilot, radar and waypoints.
