The scroll wheel on my mouse does not work in FS9, does anybody know why or how i can get it working?

My scroll mouse has always worked fine in FS9. It's operation is set in Microsoft Windows only.

A. Check the mouse Properties to ensure that it's setup to use the scroll feature.
B. Check to see if it works in other programs.
C. If it's USB, disconnect then reconnect plug.
D. Reboot computer.
E. Reinstall mouse if nothing else works.
