Cornered a Piper Archer II on T69 down in South Texas. Got a screen shot to prove it.
That's NOT a selectable aircraft in FSXdeluxe! I'd like to try it.

You can't fly the Piper and MD83 becuase you just can't. Think about it you cna download any craft for FSX on the entire web so don't complain. If you want them that bad download them for FSX and if you can't get one for FSX look for FS9, FS9 works.
I haven't tried this to see if it works, but have heard that any aircraft without a panel is automatically assigned for AI use and cannot be selected as flyable. Maybe by adding a generic panel, the aircraft may appear in the aircraft selection window.

NOTE: You'd have to change the panel to a generic one as pointed out by CAFedm. -No harm in trying 😎
