Gauges

Having just added a bunch of Lear 45 gauges to my custom aircraft (in FS9), I have encountered the dreaded no-gauge problem when loading the same plane in FSX. As suspected, turns out the Lear (and all other aircraft) have their gauges bundled within a .cab folder within each aircraft's Panel folder. After testing a few FSX gauges in the FS9 version of the same project, they don't work (surprised? NOT), so it looks like (when using borrowed MS-default gauges anyway), the ones specific to each version of the sim will need to be adopted. And just when I thought I was getting closer to completion... 😳

Sometimes I think MS hates us. 😂

Which specific gauges are you referring to? Most .cab gauges work OK in FSX. Regards, Bob.
