Toronto City Center Airport has a water launch as well.
Does anybody know how I can get a float plane into the water?
Does the float plane has wheels too?

Learn to use the "Slew mode" controls to push float planes around on the ground, just as though it is a glider.

go to a airport of ur choice and use ur slew (y) to go to a lake easy as cheese

here is a site which claims to give the airport code for every wet port in the world:
http://www.photius.com/seaports/ i seriously thought one of the others (pointing at radarman and tailhook) woulda gave you this link already.

If u want to start on the water, on the airport select find the starting position(Default is Active runway), and select one of the water runways(it says WATER Laughing )
