It's normally done with a chart and FS is not setup very well to determine VOR courses. I think I've figured it out approximately.

EGNH-EGGP
Fly inbound on the 195 degree course of WAL VOR. Tune 114.0 and set you NAV 1 to a course of 195. The VOR is 30 nm away.

Upon reaching WAL VOR, turn NAV 1 to course 114. EGGP airport is 11 nm away and you should see it at about 5 DME(miles from WAL) at 2000 feet.
