Preview Flight Path?

is there anyway to preview a flight path?

I am thinking of flying through the air, much like viewing Google Earth.

It would be nice to see the simulation of landscape and city buildings.

Yes, If you file a flight plan tehre is a line that shows you the way you will fly.
