[EMERGENCY]How to know when your gettting close[EMERGENCY]

How do you know how you are getting close to your destionation from the inside of the plane without using the flight anaylisis things when you push ESCAPE? I need to know really fast or I will crash and burn.

It sounds as though you need to take a few of the training flights before setting your sights on long distance hops... 😀

I did things the hard way when I first loaded the program and had no fun... Do the training flights and learn how to fly the simulation is 99% more enjoyable once you learn the basics of flying and the use of the instruments involved...

I have been on several long distance flights and havce almost made it around the world. I think I found it but thats,

Fly around the world? Is there a time compression function on FSX that I dont know about?

If your talking about the ability to make time go by faster I didn't use that...

Yep. Hit "T" then + or -, I think you can go from 1x to 16x or more, autopilot functions until at least 8x. You can also slow time down.
