export Buttons/Keys assignment ?

is there any way to export Buttons/Keys assignment ?
I changed quite a few keys, now I have lost track of what keys are used, and for what.
it would be nice if FSX can produce a listing of key assignments, with different sorting options. (say, sorted alphabetically so that I won't reassign used keys.)

what about the card that comes with your discs? why not just re-assign the keys according to your kneeboard?
