FSX, whenever I go to humberside (egnj), when the game loads up i get the building crash message all the time, even though i am on the runway, even at height, then the game reloads, so i turn off the detect crashes and damage, then the cockpit view dissapears, and sometimes when the game loads up ok, i go to cycle through the views and the building crash message comes up again !

If it only happens at that one airport then it's either a MS scenery bug or the scenery you downloaded for it.
If it happens at most airports then it's a different problem.

Load your flight departing from a different airport. If everything appears in order, Pause and change your location to EGNJ.
If it still happens then I'm with Radarman, Scenery is messed up 😳 😀
