Flight Simulator SDK

I have Flight sim deluxe version and i know the SDK is supposed to come w/ it how do I get it ❓ ❗ I thought is was supposed to be on disk 1 as a seperate instal, where is it ❗ ❓

Please pick a name or number, it's hard to tell one "guest" from another "guest". 🙂
