Ground Environment Pro and Ultimate Terrain

Hello,
I use ground environment pro with FS2004 and have been contemplating the purchase of ultimate terrain. If I install ultimate terrain, will the ground environment pro still be able to adjust the texture colors according to weather? Do the two programs work today?

Yes I have read that whatever add on sceneries you buy ground environment pro will work with it making it even better. Again I would check their site to see if this is true which I am sure it is.
