Can anyone in the forum?

Hello everyone

Is anyone in the forum able to run FS-X with max settings at 25-30 fps please?

If so, may I ask what hardware they are using?

If there is no one with sufficiently powerful hardware, would someone please let me know what I might require to get FS-X running at full speed? Or is such hardware not yet available to the masses, i.e., us?

regards

TaylorC, you were getting 90fps and after jacking up the settings you are down to 40fps.

I am not certain, but I did not even get FS2004 faster than 35-40 fps.

I have a Abit Fat1lity mobo, with a 3.6ghz intel processor using hyper-threading, and a GF 7800 GTX Card with 256mb DDR3, and with everything high it chugs along at 9 - 14fps if I am lucky.

It just is not worth flying with such a Mickey Mouse fps.

How you manage 40fps I have no idea, but fantastic!

dude- you just need to do a little tweaking. i do a little better than that, flying from spot view even. my box is nowhere near as good as yours! you should be getting better frames than that. tweak! it's worth it!

Can any one on the site tell me where to find the company that makes the helicopter, seat , cylic , collective , pedals and also included was the radio stack, for the flight sim? there was a web site some time ago posted here but I have been unable locate it again, I have checked CH, Saitek, and Microsoft which neither of those made it, If eany one can advise me of the company I woud appreciate it.
Thanks; RonFly 🙄

May I ask: what tweaking and how. I really have no idea how, exactly, anyone can return 40fps using Flight Sim X, on full maximum settings?

Please give me a clue?

I think you need to determine exactly what settings are set to what. Autogen, ground traffic, AI, water effects, weather variations and anti-aliasing are probably not set to maximum.

I have to call BS on this guy saying he was getting 90fps, or even 40fps on High settings with a Celeron...

This is really a hardware issue and I've already replied to your request once:
