look blurs is a big thing how can i reduce them alot

well i dont know how to post a screenshot but here are my system specs

ATI Radeon x1900

quad core

and really thats all i know

The gfx card is an ATI Raedon X1650 512mb

I could also do with a bit of help in getting rid of jaggies.
