how do i increase texture loading

texture loading goes really slow how do i increase it

Are you talking about when you are loading a flight? Well, PC specs have more to do with that than anything else... what are your specs? What operating system are you using? Did you install SP1? (Service Pack 1)

I have noticed that with Vista, FSX loads nearly instantly, about 2 seconds from click to Free Flight Screen... and when I load a flight from somewhere like San Francisco, its about 10-15seconds to load the flight, sometimes less.

You need a better video card or newer drivers for the one you have if it's a recent one.
More ram would help some but the card is your best bet.
Without knowing your system specs it's just guessing.
