maxing out settings help

whats the best way to make the game look most life like, getting ride of all jaged lines, i have a nice pc and wanted to know a way to make game look asome with out jaged lines, i tryed the anti alaising in game but still had jaged lines. any ideaS?

Turn off anti alaising in the game menu and turn it on from within your graphics card control panel.

Difference is impressive.
