I get the message 'It appearsYou have been disconnected from the game because the host has canceled their session, would you like to continue flying as single player?'
And after i can go back and see that the game is in fact still there, with the same people, and it happens quite often.
Please help !!!
Happens to pretty much everybody. Either the host actually did quit and it hasnt updated so it looks like their playing or you just get it like I do. Same with gamespy that says you have appear to have lost your connection to gamespy or something like that and basically says that like every time I played fsx but now I stick with fs2004.

Happens all the time to me, one of the problems wih multiplayer and Game Spy. Try getting onboard with VatSim that is not reliant on a third party connection. It's more serious as well, with proper atc and stuff
I used to have that problem until i went under "network settings" on the multiplayer main screen and set -8388607 under both "connection time out" and "keep alive". For me it worked just fine after that, hope it helps!

i tried 8388607 but it still said host cancelled session wait do i add the - sign ❓
one word - GAMESPY - use a lan connection if you can
I usually tun off my firewall things when i play online and then it don't do that when turn them off.
I have no clue what-so-ever how it fixes it but it does for me anyway.
Sometimes, the host has not cancelled their session, but you computer has lost the connection with that session. (Happens if host is far away from you.)
