What is the differance betwee fs9 aircraft and Fsx aircraft

The file's and the quality. The files are arranged differently and FSX aircraft are better and more crisp.

Once you have downloaded a new plane how do you get it into FSX? I know how to get to the FSX file where you paste it in but what part of the file to I paste? Do I have to unzip anything?

theres not that much of a difference just a new look to the aircraft from fs2004 and some new aircraft

you go to fsx files then to somiobjects then aircraft
