Hey everyone! My life has been hectic for the last year or so, and I haven't really been able to fly at all, but it's good to be back.
I've been having some problems with FS9 however. I'll start out with the 737 at the gate, and I'll be getting extremely low FPS on the forward cockpit view, like 12 or 15 FPS. I'll pan to the side views however, and I'll be getting 20 FPS, but the FPS goes back into the low when I go back to forward view.
I've tried restarting my computer, and re-installing the game. I'm all out of possible solutions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
1. Try updating your video card driver.
2. Update Windows.
3. Defragment your hard drive.
4. Check for too many/unnecessary programs running in the background.
What airport(code) and gate?
try this it should give you a 20 fps framerate boost and i have it and now i can have a steady 60fps
What are your system spec's?
I have a AMD dual core processor, 2046 RAM, 96 MB hard drive
I tried a defrag, and that didn't work
Graphics card was up to date
Windows was also up to date
acepilot32: what is it that gave you that framerate boost?

ok this is how you do it ok now when you download it there are to xml files left click on the one thats 19kb and copy it then go to to your fs9 folder and open up the autogen folder now there should be only one folder in there ok
then rename that folder to old xml. then paste the new xml in there.
thank you very much acepilot, the game now runs like it is real life
i am much obliged
