Vista OS patch for OOM error

As I say, Vista users should run, not walk, and get this download. It will provide major help for OOM errors.
And then there is one more part, to come from us later this fall.

What does the download do cos i have vista but my FSX works fine
To boil it way down it prevents Vista from hogging more memory than it needs. Some people were getting out of memory errors. There is more info here. http://www.anandtech.com/printarticle.aspx?i=3060

Yes I added the patch even though I wasn't having any problems. From what I read there are no performance hits from using the patch.
