Is there a program that provides pilot voices ie,, "gear up", "altitude on approach,, etc,,

FSPassangers has something like that!
Yup FSP has extra "copilot voices" and "flight attendant" voices. I think there is also a voice pack to change the default voices.

in FSp, spolier, gear and flaps positions dont work (he doesnt say anything) but the files are there cos in an update it will make them work.
You can also ADD your own voice to it if something is missing. I been meaning to rerecord all the voices with my own.

Then you are doing it wrong.
Go to the FSP site there is a guide on how to actually record it so it comes out right, but it involves having a decent voice recorder and some kinda sound processing program.
See I have all that stuff in my computer already cause I am a musician, but I think some of the basic stuff will work too like if you have an Audigy card or something it usually comes with programs that can help you, or I am sure you can download something.
I use Sonar currently, but that is an expensive sound recording program.

I was banned cos I got really really mad cos someone called me rude "sorry for the rudeness of the person above me" so I was like "get lost" then it lost control, but I hav my own foum now so I wouldnt use it anyway.

It's all relative... when you get to be my age... everyone under 35 feels like a kid to me hahaha. But then I have officially become an old fart too.
And my daughter does the same thing you do... she hates being called a kid... she's like DAD I'm 12!!!!!
Umm... last time I checked she ain't old enough to drive vote, smoke or drink.... haha.

She is a kid, when its her birthday she will turn from a kid, into a teenager. On the radio its always "rise in numbers, teen pregnancies" not "kid pregnancies" lol
