vista 64 bit

hey guys,

I have a question, I want to upgrade me system to get better result with fsx and more fun..
I wanted to go with vista 64 bit home premium..
but I read from some place that they dont suggest it because of driver problem...(not enough avalaible) but most of the articles i read are from june or earlier..

does anybody know if its a good upgrade and there not much problem finding drivers

I have a friend that built his own, best hardware and is using 64bit Ultimate.
I think the only problem he's run into is Adobe.

that what im doing, I build a pc up..
i have amd athlon 64 x2 6000+ 3ghz
I'll have 8 gb ram ddr800 g-skill
700w psu ozc
sli 2x evga 8800gts superclocked
added fans
new case mid tower..
light scribe cd-dvd rom
raptor 10000rpm hdd for fsx
and another 7200rpm for windows..

i have been adding stuff for like a year and putting the final touch with the second 8800gts, 4 gb ram and vista 64

That's very close to what he has, he went AMD also.
His p/s is bigger and he put an auxiliary one in also to bring him to 1000w or 1100w, I can't remember which.
He would have stuck with the enermax 1000w but it wouldn't fit in his case.
Your better to be over than under, you'll see the difference in the cards performance.
