Part of one of the missions on Acceleration you get to do that. You have to take of, floy just above the runway until the end and then pull the nose up to 60 degrees, crazy. They called it an high performance take off on the game.

I'm most probably assuming that there were no passengers on board. My hunch says that it's illegal to do that with pax on board. Such as shame, as it would be a hell of a lot of fun 😀
