If you call that a future system, then you are in major trouble!!!!

My system can squash those specs easily, but this isn't about me or what I have. 😀

Here is what you should start with:

Nvidia GeForce 8800GTS or equivalent
NForce 680 SLI or equivalent
4 GB of ram (Vista can only recognize three but don't worry about)
Intel Core 2 Duo 1.86 Ghz Processor or higher (you can overclock them for faster processing)
1 TB of storage space ( that is what I am using, 500 GB is good enough)

Now, you want a future system.... here it is:

NVidia GeForce 8800 GTX Extreme x2 (SLi mode)
NForce 680 SLI or equivalent
4 GB of ram ( DDR2 800 PC2 6400 )
Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9650 3.0 Ghz processor or equivalent
750w power supply (900w if using in SLi mode)
1TB of storage space (again, that is what I am using, 500 GB is good enough)

If you decide to overclock that particular processor, I would recommend getting a very good fan cooling system, or a water-cooled system. However, I don't think you need to.
