I'm sure we all have our favourite flights and i want us all to share them. Please can you post them so other people can try them out. thanks.
My favourite is below - nice and short but a great view as you come in along the Thames.
EBBR to EGGL [Brussells Int, Belgium to Heathrow, UK]
Landing runway 27R - Freq 110.30 course 273
Time of flight 1hour approx.
thanks,
BB
My most recent favourite is Aberdeen to Bergen in Norway.
I timed this to be at dusk, and it generated some nice light shades while coming into land.
It takes about an hour.
Another favourite of mine is London City Airport to Belfast City Airport.
Its a nice steady landing approach over water. Then going back to London City is my favourite landing spot, as its tricky, but entirely managable with skill.
It takes about an hour and fifteen minutes.
L.A. to Las Vegas!
Seoul/Incheon, South Korea - Osaka/Kansai, Japan
Brussels - Campo 'Dell Oro (Corsica) And back to Brussels
About 500 Nm.. Not too long, not too short. Mostly fly it with an Virgin Express Boeing 737-300 😉
Time is mostly at Dusk and Night.. I just love the approach at Campo
I have 2 fav flights i fly:
1. (EGGS) London Stanted - San Javier / Merica (LELC) with Ryanair 737-800
&
2. (EGGW) London Luton - Barajas (LEMD) with easyJet 737-300
Both are real routes that the two airlines fly.
I really love to fly these:
KLM Boeing 737-800
EHAM/Schiphol -> EGCC/Manchester
Nice for when i get home from my work, can fly it there and back in the evening 🙂
Transavia Boeing 737-800
EHAM/Schiphol -> LFMN/Nice (Côte d'Azur)
Do them in the weekends because flying there and going back takes about 4 hours. And i just love the alps i get to cross during the flight 🙂
Southwest 737-700/AirTran 717
Chicago Midway - Orlando Intl
KMDW-KMCO
Allegiant MD-80
Greater Rockford - McCarran Intl
KRFD-KLAS
Southwest 737-700
Chicago Midway - San Diego/Lindbergh
KMDW-KSAN
Just a few 😉
Flyboy92
Currently:
VNJS -> VNBL -> VNPK
..in any chopper that can handle the altitude comfortably and time of year MUST be spring 😎
KSLC, KATL, I especially like KSLC for the mountain flying and love flights to KCOS and KJAC,PAJN being a recent one I've liked.
Pokharta, Nepal - Lukla, Nepal
Aircraft: DHC-6 Twin Otter
KMLB to KATL (Try it, a regional no delay airport to the busiest airport)
(Melbourne to Atlanta)
KMDW-KIND
Also, EGLL to EHAM KLM 737-800, great in morning and dusk, and YSSY to YMML Qantas A330 (yet not that long) 😂 😂

Yeah, but the only way to do it is through Horizon 😀
