fps:screen resolution

Hey guys, I have my screen resolution in FSX at 1280X1024X32. What should my fps be? I have it at 25 right now but it's a tad jerky. Any suggestions. By the way, I have a RadeonX1950 256 meg PCI Express card, 2 gig ram, and 3 ghz Sony Vaio.

I keep mine locked at 20fps and it seems quite smooth.

I fly at 1920X1200X32 full screen, try window mode and see if that helps.
